Youth Sunday School
We have Youth Sunday School classes for Middle Schoolers (6th, 7th and 8th Grades), and Senior Highs (9th-12th Grade). All classes meet at 9:45 am on Sunday mornings and offer lessons geared to the transitions and issues faced by our youth.

Middle Schoolers (6th, 7th, 8th Grade) Sunday School Class

Location:  Room 320/322 (Lower level of the Sanctuary Building)

Type of Programs or Curriculum:
Saint Francis UMC is offering an entirely new approach to its Middle School Sunday morning activities beginning the fall of 2008. All 6th, 7th, and 8th graders are invited to kick off the new year of M and M's, or The Message for Middle Schoolers. Guest speakers, refreshments, small share and care groups, and great facilitators are on tap.

Senior Highs (9th - 12 Grade) Sunday School Class

Location:  Room 314 Education Hallway / Sanctuary Building

Type of Programs or Curriculum: As the youth go through their high school years the Sunday School curriculum focuses on the importance of being part of the church community. Other religions and beliefs are explored during these four years. As the youth come into their last two years of high school, needs in transitioning out of high school and into college or career are discussed. We seek to help them find God's presence in change.

Class Projects/Mission/Outreach: The Senior High Sunday School classes has begun new this year, Fall 2007, a puppet ministry for our younger church members. The class is also active in Food Drives, Community Outreach, and Mission projects.
