Please complete the form below to request prayer from our PrayerWorks group.  You may include your name and email address or you may submit an anonymous request. We will honor you and your request by keeping any information you provide confidential if you so desire. Please specify whether or not you want us to print the request in our church bulletin. (Requests received prior to 10 am Tuesday will be included in the upcoming Sunday bulletin. Requests received after that will be placed in following Sunday bulletin.) Prayer requests are sent directly to a church staff member, who will forward it as needed, depending on the request and its confidentiality.
